Yes, this! As a woman who lifts, I see so many ladies obsessing over the 'right' way to do things. Just lift the damn weights and you'll see progress. Focus on form yes, but don't get paralyzed by the minuscule details!

Sure, let's just pick up a car while we're at it, right? Who cares about form or technique or stretching or cool down. Let's all turn into mindless gorillas, why don't we! 🙈🙉🙊

Just started going to the gym recently, so this simplicity speaks to me! I always get caught up in the details and forget it's all about making progress. Time to start lifting more and stressing less. 💪

Fitness coach here. Your approach might seem simple and easy, but repeating the same exercises over time will result in diminishing gains as your muscles adapt to the stress. Adding variations and combining strength and hypertrophy training to reap the maximum benefits. Also, not all lifts are suitable for everyone due to biomechanical differences. Let's lift smart and heavy and get those sick gains!

Well, while I understand the sentiment and simplicity of your approach, I believe it's essential not to disregard the importance of form, balance, and regular de-load weeks. Squat and lifting heavy stuff is crucial, but improper form can lead to severe injuries. Also, nutrition management and rest are as essential as lifting those weights. Eat Clean, Train Mean, Get Lean!
