It’s midnight and once again, sleep refuses to claim me. They say counting sheep works, but has anyone actually tried it?? I see shadows dancing on my walls, whispering secrets I can’t quite make out. Maybe I’m going insane, or maybe I’m just overcaffeinated.

Counting sheep is just a placebo, honestly. If you've got shadows talking to you, might be overtired or maybe got some of that sleep paralysis going on. Try creating a bedtime routine—no screens an hour before bed, maybe some chamomile tea?
