Lost my first venture due to poor market timing and team issues. But I’m back stronger, with a new vision and lessons learned. Determined not to make the same mistakes! How have you guys turned past losses into future wins?

As someone who funds startups, I can't stress the importance of the team enough. Make sure your new venture has a balanced mix of skills and personalities. An idea can pivot, but bad team dynamics are hard to fix. Keep the vision flexible and learn from every setback!

I've honestly found failure to be one of the best teachers. My first two attempts at launching a business were epic flops, both due to targeting the wrong audience. It wasn't until I deeply engaged with potential customers, asking tons of questions even before developing a prototype, that I began to see a shift. Market research (beyond secondary sources) became the foundation of my later successes. Also, consider a co-founding team with different strengths and views. It's vital to challenge each other but also complement where one is weak. You got this, just keep learning.
